Tracking Your Order

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their local government.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer limited returns and exchanges to ensure hygiene and quality standards.
Eligibility for Return
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only under the following conditions:

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds

Eligible returns will be issued as store credit once received and inspected.
